User Assured Verification

User Assured Verification provides all the benefits of a Full Verification with the added assurance of a complete build of the application from the source code in the licensee’s environment as well as at the software owner's site.

A simulation release event scenario is carried out where the licensee will be maintaining the source code and ensures that the application can be built rapidly from the source code in the licensee’s environment.

It also provides an opportunity for the licensee’s support team to familiarise themselves with the complete build process by watching the build being undertaken at their site by an NCC Group consultant.

This gives vital input to disaster recovery and contingency planning, providing a documented rehearsal of the process to be followed to restore the application from the escrow deposit in a disaster scenario.
